Shannon’s Instructional philosophy:
It is imperative in life that you have someone in your life who can give you guidance. Most ideally that person is where you want to be in life. Through sports I have been blessed to have had many of those people come into my life. I look to be that person for other people.

Frank Decembrino:

Mike Jackson :
- Assistant Coach at Lincoln University
- Former Ripken Baseball Instructor
- Played at Slippery Rock University
Joe O'hara:
- 1984-2000- Varsity Baseball Coach at George Washington High School, Philadelphia
- 6 Public League Championships - all time record
- Received Coach of the Year Award 4 times
- 1980-1988-Co-owner and Head Pitching Instruction at Suburban Baseball, Inc.
- 1987-1988- American Legion Baseball Coach, Warrington, PA
- 1998-2010-Co-owner and Head Pitching Instruction at the All American Baseball Academy in Warrington, PA
- 2011- Part-time Pitching/hitting Instruction at the All-Star Baseball Academy in Warminster, PA
Mr. Shaun Babula,
- 16th round draft pick of the Baltimore Orioles (LHP), 10 year veteran of professional minor league ( made it to the AAA level) baseball,
- former pitching coach for Philadelphia University and
- current Pitching coach at Penn State Abington has joined the ASA staff and is available for both pitching and hitting lessons.
Tim Johnson:
- 5th round draft (2006) pick Houston Astro
- All-Area SW PA Selection (WHS)
SOFTBALL
- Over 12 years of experience in softball instruction. (Including personal,
clinics, and camps)
- Former instructor at Triple Crown Academy and Longstreth Training facility.
- Former coaching experience to travel summer softball teams such as Methacton
Magic, Oddessy, Extreme Fastpitch.
- Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication focusing on Motivational Public
Speaking.
- Educated, with a certificate in Sports Psychology (master level course).
